The Schlebach Quadro-Plus is a rollforming workhorse with unlimited possibilities. By teaming the Sentrigard Metal Roofing Systems with the Quadro rollforming machine, you can make multiple panel profiles and allow your company to have one machine for all of your installations. The Quadro can be used at your shop or transported to the jobsite.
With the durable Quadro-Plus, you can zip through 10 different profiles in minutes, instead of hours. The simplicity of the Quadro-Plus allows you to convert most profiles with a flip of a cassette. The revolutionary Schlebach Quadro-Plus produces perfectly rollformed panels for 1-inch and 1.5-inch mechanical lock, snap lock, nail strip, 1.75-inch snap lock, and 2-inch structural mechanical lock, plus 1-inch flush panels.
The Quadro’s Independent Hybrid Drive System offers the flexibility to make “starter panels” (double female, double male) and tapered panels. Every Quadro-Plus delivers options in slitting, tapering, and cutting through an advanced factory-aligned cassette system, and the hybrid drive system, which reduces oil canning.
