This calculator is designed to calculate the amount of square footage and linear footage of coil needed for your project.

It will also show you the size (width) of the coil needed.

All you need to do is enter the following:

Roof area (project) square footage
Panel type (select from drop down menu)
Panel nominal width (select from drop down menu)
and percent amount of waste.

If the roof has more facets and longer panels, you should enter more waste.

Panel sizes are nominal. Calculations are done on 26ga, 24ga, and 032 aluminum. By using this calculator you are responsible for the total amount of coils that you order. Waste is determined by the quantity of roof facets, size of roof, and other factors.
