Approximately 6,500 square feet of 24-gauge Sentrigard metal roofing in Mansard Brown spans the residence’s complex roofline, which features numerous hips, valleys, transitions, and intersecting roof sections. The expansive property brings together the main residence, stables, and supporting equestrian spaces through a cohesive palette of natural wood, stone, and metal.

Approximately 30,000 square feet of metal roofing spans the property’s multiple structures, creating a consistent architectural element throughout the farm. Sentrigard ML150 panels in Medium Bronze, distributed by Handy Distribution’s Roanoke, Virginia location, provide clean, defined lines that complement the warm wood and stone exterior while reinforcing the property’s modern mountain aesthetic. The roofing was completed by Baker Roofing Company, Roanoke, in collaboration with Omnibuild General Contractors.

Supplied by Handy Distribution’s Norfolk location and installed by Andrews Roofing, the SL150 1½″ Snap Lock Panel provides a clean, modern look that complements the home’s white farmhouse-style exterior.

The Slate Gray finish creates a strong contrast against the white exterior, while the standing seam design carries across the home’s multiple rooflines and detached structure for a consistent, cohesive appearance throughout the property.
